Oakridge FIRE Win League Title
You did it. Yes, you did, TEAMWORK won the U15 LDYSL League Title. Nick F, Evan, Carlton, David, Al’x, Juan, Philippe, Tom, Lucas, Travis, Rajie, Nick A, Mustafa, Hunter, Nick P, Aidan, and Matt; everyone contributed to a very successful season.
The 2 aggressive goals we set out as a team back in January were realized last night. Goal 1 was winning Challenge Cup 10 days ago (undefeated & 3 shutouts) and Goal 2 was winning the LDYSL League Title that came down to the final game with a 4-2 over a very strong Croatia FC team.
Long hours in the gym and on the field working repeatedly on the same drills, working on formation, getting use to new players, pre-season games, pre-season tournaments, league games, Indiana, Cambridge. Thank you for taking part and contributing to a fantastic season.
We have much to look forward to in taking our collective game to the next level.
